Eric Keller and Jim Tyler, President and Vice President, of KELTY CO., started the company with a simple mission: Offer high quality construction services at competitive prices. With over 50 years combined experience in the construction industry, they are making that mission a reality. As the cornerstones of a solid staff they ensure KELTY CO.’s performance goals are met on every project. Those goals are to:

• Provide accurate and competitive bids with cost breakdowns
• Manage site budget and ensure timely delivery
• Comply with building and safety codes
• Warranty work for a one year period
