As you know, I had already interviewed other contractors through my out-of-area architect prior to meeting you. I was not pleased with their bids and felt that they were not competitive. I was pleased to have you come into the picture at that point through a referral and alter the course of the project. You were sensitive to our budget constraints and worked with us at every turn.

Your professionalism and good nature were evident from the beginning. As you know, I ended up having a difficult relationship with my architect throughout the project. I always appreciated your advice and counsel and your willingness to bridge that relationship at times. During the building project itself, when we had ceased communication with the architect, you guys really rallied to fill in the gaps and get us through. Your relationships with the various city departments and with the city inspectors made for a very smooth permitting and later finalizing process.

I truly appreciated your input through out and the quality of the work provided by the Keltyco team and your sub-contractors. Your Superintendent on the job, Dean Mullins was a joy to work with. His attention to detail and his obvious concern for the client was much appreciated. I didn’t feel as though I had to babysit the job whatsoever.
